WHAT YOU WILL DO (JOB DESCRIPTION)

• Search and contact companies with needs for domestic and international cargo transport for import-export & accompanying Logistics services.
• Maintain and develop the company's network of customers & partners.
• Prepare business activity reports, propose business development ideas to the person in charge.
• Coordinate with other professional departments to perform company services for customers.
• New employees will be fully trained in specialized forwarding and logistics knowledge, so don't worry if you lack full knowledge

YOUR EXPERTISE (JOB REQUIREMENTS)

• Good English and office computer skills.
• Knowledgeable about Logistics/cargo import-export field.
• Agile, good communication skills.

• Negotiable salary (7 - 10 million for experienced candidates + % commission + Attractive bonus policy 25% - 40% progressively based on Net Revenue)

JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Professional tasks:

• Manifest declaration, delivery order preparation, import document synthesis
• Prepare documents, export/import customs declaration: Customs Declaration, Contract, Invoice, Packing List, CO, Fumigation... and other necessary documents.

2. Support tasks:

• Coordinate with other departments during service provision, notify new regulations from authorities or carriers to minimize risks
• Contact customers for more shipment information and better understand customer requirements
• Transact with suppliers (Fumigation, Insurance, Customs, PTM, BTM; Agents, carriers...) and update relevant information.
• Support colleagues when needed.
• New employees will be fully trained in specialized forwarding and logistics knowledge, so don't worry if you lack full knowledge

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Knowledgeable about Logistics/cargo import-export field.
• Agile, good communication skills.
• Preferred: College/University graduate in Foreign Trade/Economics & Transport
